It's heard throughout the original film, with its first statement in the opening track, 'Arrival' (1:06).

You already mentioned Tyler's bold reprise of 'Helicarrier' in the second half of 'Outlook.'

The film also contains even more Silvestri material, including: significant portions of the first score in the action-packed intro, an additional Captain America statement while he fights atop a truck, and a reprise of 'A Promise' to close the film. 'The Avengers' cue from the original credits also plays following the mid-credits teaser, as well as 'Helicarrier.'

Other notes:

About 2:35 into Inevitability/One Good Eye, Elfman lets loose a fantastic statement of Tyler's Iron Man theme. The only example of Elfman blatantly referencing a Tyler theme.

I also wonder if at least part of Tyler's 'Darkest of Intentions' track was intended for the infamously deleted scene with Loki. His theme from Thor: The Dark World seems to be referenced in the brass at 0:25 and ever so slightly hinted at around 0:56. (See: 'The Trial of Loki' from Thor: The Dark World (~0:12) for an example of this theme)TheGreghttp://gregnicksarlian.comnoreply@blogger.com
